Needs updating

Lovely villa but needs updating. Downstairs bathroom very dark and dingy with exposed wires which the shower sprayed on and caused the power to go off, lucky not to be electricuted as I was standing in water. Whole villa has old wiring and old switches. Pool area needs tidying up,lots of cracks and weeds growing,pool lights don't work Also lots of pigeon droppings everywhere. Outdoor furniture needs replacing,it's just cheap chairs and flimsy tables. Great location, great holiday, villa just needs a bit of money spending on it.
