We are pleased to present our new property Villa Can Xamanto, which we are launching this season 2025. A wonderful traditional Mallorcan stone villa, with fenced private swimming pool and gardens, located in the midst of nature and surrounded by a lush Mediterranean forest.
Sleeping up to 10 people in five spacious bedrooms and with three complete bathrooms and a guest toilet, Villa Can Xamanto is the perfect destination for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy peace and privacy, while still enjoying the authentic holiday atmosphere of the town of Alcudia and the beaches of the bay of Pollensa and Alcudia, all just a five minute drive away.
On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with comfortable furniture, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. From the living room there is access to a spacious covered terrace with a large dining table to enjoy al fresco meals.
In the garden you will find a 10x5 metre swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing. Next to the pool there is also an annex with a barbecue, a ping-pong table and a toilet.
On the first floor there are five double bedrooms, all with access to terraces. There are also two complete bathrooms.

Remark 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from your deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
