The host was very friendly and welcoming and met us to check in promptly. He helped us with our bags and provided restaurant recommendations. Although the accommodation is modest, it has a wonderful balcony and great view of the beach. And it was good to have the bathroom separate to the toilet as we were two friends staying. The property is in a great location, an easy walk to restaurants and bars and a five minute taxi ride to the old town. Highly recommend.

The apartment was wonderful, close to shops, bars & restaurants without being noisy and a beach view from the balcony. The property was spacious, clean and well furnished with a very well equipped kitchen. Access to the private swimming pools was a real bonus and my daughter made great use of them! Mateo was very helpful and communicative, access on arrival was easily arranged and he was flexible on arrival and departure time. We had a brilliant holiday staying here and are already looking to stay again.

Easy and Convenient Location in Alcudia

Very nice apartment with newer well equipped kitchen and newer bathroom. The perfect location near every thing. We enjoyed our time there.

Location is on beach but noisy

The views and access to beach are incredible. You can hear the beach club music at night. The beds are not comfortable. Overall good stay

Relaxing holidays in perfect apartment

We really enjoyed our holidays. The apartment is cosy, clean, well fitted and perfectly located. Our kids loved the two swimming pools. Mateu (the owner) was very friendly and responsive. We can absolutely recommend this appartment.

Lovely apartment direct at the beach.

Nice contact, nice welcome. All things you need for daily life were at the apartment (coffee machine, toaster, etc.). Mateu also provided additonal accessories on request, like additional beach towels. Perfect! Direct beach access, many restaurants only few meters away. Perfect with kids. We had really nice vacation.

Loved location to beach

Our stay went very smoothly. We were met at property as pre arranged. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Apartment itself was as expected, clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed being so near to the beach. Early morning coffees on balcony being favourite time of day. We took return taxi to apartment from airport (through PMI), but hired a car for a day in the middle of our stay from rental company across the road from apartment. This was very reasonable, about 45 euros for a day including insurances. Expect to pay about 75 euros each way for taxi. Local buses were very busy so defo worth doing to see the island. We didn't use the pool as it was too busy for us and we prefer the sea anyway. Lovely week had.

Amazing

Stayed mid-July. Brilliant location close to shops, bars and restaurants without being too noisy. Great balcony view of the beach. Apartment had absolutely everything we needed, great cooking facilities, useful washing machine, comfortable beds etc and really clean. Air con a blessing. Apartment block felt safe and other guests pleasant. No problems parking. Mateo was helpful and on hand if needed and met us as we arrived. Spent lots of time at the beach rather than the swimming pool but the pool was nice and never too busy, could always get a sunbed. The beach was so close we didn't have to struggle taking loads of stuff with us as we could pop back to grab whatever we needed. The location was very busy, which is what we wanted, with lots to do and felt safe enough to let our teenagers go off by themselves. Massive choice of restaurants and we had very good meals but did feel food was rather expensive compared to our last trip to Majorca (in 2019). Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was just as shown in the photos. It was very clean and has an amazing view from the balcony. Mateu was always on hand via WhatsApp with any questions before our arrival and during our stay, and was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed and there is even a washing machine (although an instruction booklet would be useful). There is a hairdryer and iron which aren't shown on the apartment details. The apartment itself is in a great location close to the port area where there are numerous restaurants and bars but of course close to the beach. Like other people have mentioned the beach directly outside on the apartments has lots of seaweed and is a little smelly (but you can only smell this if you're in the water), so we just walked a little further down the beach. The sand and water are very clean and the beach is perfect for those with smaller children as it is very shallow for a long way out. As we were there as travel was just opening up from COVID the pool was never busy when we were there as there were reduced tourists. The pool seemed bigger in real life than from the photos and we never had a problem finding a sun lounger. Just a note to say that ball games and inflatables are not permitted in the pool, but this was fine for us as we went to the beach most days. Overall a great stay and would recommend. My only feedback to improve the stay for others would be to provide an information pack showing where the bins are, restaurant recommendations etc. and also to change the main bedroom sheets as they are scratchy. Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht direkt am Strand der Bucht von Alcudia. Die Wohnung war perfekt. Gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung, zentrale Lage, kurze Wege zum Hafen, zu allen Restaurants und Supermärkten. Auch ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles war perfekt, super Lage direkt am Strand. Schöne Wohnung und sehr netter Vermieter. Einfache und schnelle kommunikation. Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück vor dem Haus.
