Beautiful, very bright apartment. Located very close to the beach, it has beautiful views of the lake and the mountain.
It has a small private garden. It also has a terrace so that your holidays in Mallorca can be as warm as possible.
Inside you will find the kitchen, fully equipped, a very bright dining room thanks to its large windows, which, moreover, has direct access to the terrace, four double bedrooms with terrace and two full bathrooms.
It is located in a very quiet residential area but very close to all services: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bus stop. Great location near beautiful beach, only 3 min walking, where you can find shade.Great big house with 2 terraces, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and kitchen and living room. For summer should invest in air-con in all rooms. The fan is not enough.

Man sollte die Wohnung dringend instand setzen. Die Abflüsse in den Bädern funktionieren nicht gut, einige Lichter gehen nicht. Nach dem Duschen steht das Bad mit der Badewanne komplett unter Wasser. Es gibt zu wenige Handtücher und die, die es gibt sind größtenteils alt und verfleckt. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und alt (bis auf ein Bett). Die Ausstattung der Küche mangelt an wichtigen Kleinigkeiten, wie Topflappen, Topfuntersetzer usw. Sehr schade, weil es eine tolle Wohnung sein könnte.

Super Lage - Unterkunft schon in den Jahren gekommen
Das Appartment Haus liegt sehr gut: Der schöne Strand mit schattenspendenden Palmen (sehr gut für Familien mit Babies) ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten, sowie die touristischen Standl.
Die Unterkunft selbst ist leider schon sehr in den Jahren gekommen, wo anscheinend nichts mehr investiert wurde. Die Türen knarrten alle, dass wir jede Nacht mehrmals aufwachten, wenn einer irgendeine Tür leise öffnete oder schließen wollte. Wir haben zwar die Türen dann selbst geölt, doch das half nichts: Die Türen hatten keine Dichtung und die Federn knarrten. Die eine Duschwand hing nur mehr an einer Schraube, sodass wir Angst hatten, dass sie jederzeit rausfiel. Bis auf das eine Schlafzimmer sind die Matratzen auch schon durchgelegen.
Fazit: Unterkunft würde ich nicht empfehlen

Scnön mit einzelnen Minuspunkten
Es ist eine sehr geräumige Wohnung mit einer großen Terasse. Liegt nahe am wunderschönen Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Lidl und Mercadona ca. 7 Minuten.
Negativ war die stark befahrene Straße an der Terassenseite und die mangelhaft ausgestattete Küche.
