Panoramic villa with swimming pool, garden and terraces on Monte Bonifato Immersed in an oasis of peace and privacy at 600 metres above sea level, this delightful villa is located in Contrada Mazzone, at the foot of the Monte Bonifato Nature Reserve, in Alcamo (TP). An exclusive retreat to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Castellammare, the surrounding countryside and, on clear days, even the Egadi and Ustica islands.

• 250 sqm external spaces with pergolas, barbecue and a relaxation platform with heated hydromassage tub (available with supplement);

• Private swimming pool (5.50x2.74x1.30), available from May to October, ideal for relaxing immersed in nature;

• Welcoming interiors with masonry living-kitchen, fireplace, double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower.



Accessibility: The house is reached via a 700-metre mountain dirt road, perfectly passable with any vehicle. Nearby are large parking areas and the famous former restaurant "La Funtanazza".

Wir haben das Haus gemietet. Einen Tag vor der Reise wurden wir per WhatsApp-Nachricht informiert, dass wir wegen starker Regenfälle in eine andere Unterkunft müssten. Bei der Übergabe der Unterkunft mussten wir eine Kaution von 250 Euro in bar bezahlen. Wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht.Trotz der verschimmelten Duschabtrennung, der Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine auf der Terrasse sowie der im Hof aufgestellten Mülltrennbehälter war die Unterkunft akzeptabel.Zur Rückgabe kam die Verwalterin persönlich. Zuerst suchte sie nach Sonnenschirmen, dann behauptete sie, eine der zahlreichen Dellen an der Kühlschranktür sei von uns verursacht worden. Anschließend warf sie uns vor, dass wir die vier kaum gefüllten Mülltrennbehälter nicht jeden Tag bis zum Ende der Straße gebracht hätten. Die Kaution hat sie nicht zurückgegeben.
