Attic on the first floor of a beautiful house surrounded by greenery, located in a very quiet area with panoramic views of the Gulf of Castellammare. It is 200 meters from the sea walk through a small thicket of pines and eucalyptos. Next to the bush and in the vicinity of the house there is a jogging track that will allow you to cross small paths and reach the small town of balestrate. Our house is suitable for families, young people or simply those looking for a bit of tranquility, but at the same time fun admiring the beauties of this beautiful place. In a short time (up to 40 minutes for the more distant goal) you can reach fantastic places: the Zingaro Nature Reserve with its crystal clear waters and pristine, the stacks of Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, the Beach Guide Loca, the Egadi, Castellammare del Golfo, Balestrate, Segesta with its sulfur water baths, Erice, the beautiful salt pans of Trapani, and the numerous archaeological sites of Segesta, the beautiful Valley of the Temples ..... in short, a lovely place. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. Water and electricity included in the price.

Beautiful Sopt Near the Beach

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Denise's place in Alcamo Marina. We spent our last 2 nights of a 15 day trip here and it was the most relaxing part of our trip. The beautiful sandy beach is just a short walk and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could need and they were very helpful with recommendations. I highly reccomend this lovely spot. Thanks so much Denise!

Vacanza stupenda

Tornati da una settimana indimenticabile. La casa è semplicemente fantastica! Da ogni finestra si può ammirare il mare e tramonti stupenti. Proprietari persone gentilissime e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta e/o consiglio. Macchina consigliata per visitare le bellissime località e spiagge. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare e consigliare!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Strand in wunderschönen und in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und für vier- sechs Personen ausreichend. Eine Klimaanlage wäre im Sommer von vorteil. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und stets um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht.

L'appartement est à l'étage et il est confortable et indépendant. Une jolie terrasse permet de profiter d'une vue sur la mer. La région offre de jolies ballades et de belles plages.Les propriétaires sont gentils. Un accès rapide à la plage à partir de l'appartement (10 minutes à pied).
