Villa Santa Lucia is a charming and traditional holiday home located within the Villa Alba complex in Albufeira, just a short stroll from the lively Strip. With access to a large communal swimming pool and close proximity to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops, this villa is perfectly situated for those seeking both convenience and relaxation. The stunning beaches of Albufeira are also just a few minutes away by car.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 + 3 guests and offers 3 spacious bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed. The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and its own balcony. Two additional bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower) provide extra comfort and convenience.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, and hob.



The open-plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, with a built-in sofa, satellite TV, and direct access to the outdoor space. Outside, guests can enjoy a traditional brick barbecue, beautifully landscaped gardens, and access to the shared pool and pool bar, perfect for relaxing under the Algarve sun.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Great villa & location for a family holiday. Easy to walk everywhere, but very cheap to get around in taxis (Bolt). The villa is very close to pool and tennis court. Pool is in very good condition. Tennis court is in need of some maintenence but its fine for a friendly game.

The villa was as the write up and photos if not better

Very well appointed. Location is excellent, quite spot, but close to local amenities (we didnt have a car). A taxi to Albufeira old town should you need to go there is about 10 euros each way. Highly recommend.

Very well equipped and clean. The whole experience in the villa from start to finish has been exceptional. The local team is great and very helpful, they organized transfers and local activities for us. Will return!!

Het huis is heel ruim, 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers maar wel outdated. Er is geen normale bankstelsel in de woonkamer, in de tuin heb je geen ligstoelen. De tegels en voegen in de badkamers hebben barsten. De douchekoppen ook oud. De vloer ook niet mijn stijl. De tegelvloer in de keuken oud en lijkt daardoor niet schoon. Het hele complex is mooi. De tuin en zwembad was ok. Misschien zijn andere woningen wel opgeknapt. De locatie was heel goed.
