Our exquisitely designed villa has a large ground floor living room and dining area, 5 double bedrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a magnificent pool and secure parking. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suite and a family shower room, each with WC / bidet. The property sleeps up to 15 adults with additional space for a toddler bed for a child (aged up to 3 years) in any bedroom. Satellite TV and internet TV are available with English channels, along with fast WiFi internet. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac and part of a secure residential tourist retreat.

The downstairs living room has a comfortable fold out double sofa bed.

The whole villa has been recently beautifully redecorated.

Villa has heating for winter months, and has a HEATED POOL (optional), which makes it great for Easter, October half term break or a family Christmas break - Christmas tree and decorations supplied (presents not included :-))!!

Very large (37.2 sq m (400 sq ft)) air conditioned living and dining area with 55" internet TV, satellite box with recording facility, English channels, broadband WiFi internet, DVD player, music system with patio door leading to pool and garden. Comfortable sofas offering ample seating. The down stairs living room has a pull out double sofa bed.

Kitchen: Bright fully equipped kitchen with entrance from a hallway and through door to outside laundry and drying area. The fully functional kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, american style fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, smoothie maker, blender and great range of utensils with a separate outside area to air laundry.

Bedroom 1: on ground floor a large double bed with built in wardrobe and space for toddler bed, leading to en-suite bathroom, patio doors to garden and pool. 12.6 sq m (136 sq ft).

External Characteristics:

The villa sits in an immaculately groomed 700 sq m plot in a quiet residential area. The villa is fully gated and has secure parking. The large pool has crystal clear water and there is an external pool shower. The garden area has beautiful flowered shrubs, lush green grass and a hammock to laze away sleepy afternoons.

There is a brick built barbeque and three separate patio areas with tables & chairs seating for up to 20 people for alfresco dining.

The large heated (optional) swimming pool (10m x 5m) is is cleaned 2 times a week and well kept gardens are also tended to twice a week.

Optional - Pool heating cost is EUR 25 per day for the duration of your stay. NOTE: pre-heating for 4 days is required. Pool heating not needed for summer months.

This fabulous villa is in a fantastic location with aqua parks, shopping centres, tennis courts, golfing, well known bars, best restaurants, and nightclubs all within easy reach for the whole family to enjoy. Just take your pick on how you feel that day or that evening. Enjoy!

Important Information:

NOTE THE PROPERTY HAS AN UNGATED POOL AND STAIRS. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES FOR CHILDREN AND NON-SWIMMERS OF ALL AGES.

We welcome guests of all ages at Villa White Sands. Minimum check-in age is 21 years old. Please contact us before booking if you require an exception. A refundable EUR 750 security deposit is required payable by bank transfer 14 days before arrival, plus for groups where all members are under the age of 21, an Additional Security Deposit of EUR 100 per person (up to a maximum of EUR 750 per group) will be required. This deposit ensures respect for the house rules and the neighbourhood and will be fully refundable upon check-out, provided no issues arise during the stay.

IDs will be requested for all guests within 48 hour of a reservation and must be received at least 14 days before check-in.

Pet dogs allowed on request only and larger dogs should stay in the garden during the day and overnight (NB property is gated and secure). Additional charges apply.

Optional pool heating cost is EUR 25 per day that pool heating is switched on. Note: The pool will need to be preheated 4 days prior to arrival.

Smoking is only permitted in garden NOT inside the house or balconies

The guest will be liable for any payment processing charges related to guest initiated cancellations.

Check-in is through a secure key safe located at the property. Remote assistance is available for check-in up until 10 pm to ensure a smooth arrival. If you prefer an in-person check-in, this can be arranged for an additional fee of EUR 30, payable locally in cash at the time of check-in, available until 10 pm. Check-in after 10 pm is still possible through the key safe, though please note that remote assistance may not be available after that time. Full instructions will be provided to ensure a seamless arrival.

Guests must respect neighbourhood quiet times from 11pm to 8am by ensuring door and windows are closed at night if music is being played inside the villa and in general noise is kept to a minimum outside

Guests should ensure that the neighbourhood is kept clear of litter.
