If you are a large group or family that are looking to enjoy a holiday together while enjoying gorgeous sea views, this is the villa for you! Villa Sea Senses is a semi- detached villa that has a total of seven bedrooms spread out over two separate buildings, a lovely swimming pool, sunbathing area and pool terrace. There is also a BBQ area and table that seats 10 people outside. A ping pong table is available for your leisure and the villa also has a safe.There are 7 bedrooms with beds for 14 people. Two extra fold up type beds can be provided to accommodate up to 16 people.The stunning Praia dos Arrifes (beach) is just 800 mts away from the villa so can easily be reached on foot.Albufeira city centre is only a five minute drive away while you can enjoy the tranquillity that this location has to offer. Popular Albufeira has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The Old Town Albufeira is really a must to visit as well as Fishermans Beach. Arrifes beach is also walking distance from the property, and it is absolutely recommended.Both properties offer free Wifi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, lounge and dining areas. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week or part week.Villa 1:On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room and on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, consisting of a double bedroom with a gorgeous view of the Albufeira marina, an ocean view veranda and two bedrooms each with two individual beds. There are also two bathrooms on the first floor, one bathroom with a shower (but no toilet) and the other with a bathtub.The kitchen is an open space and has all the amenities you need, from a filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dish washing machine and washing machine (this one is shared for both villas), fridge freezer, electric hob and oven.There is also a comfy sofa and fireplace in the TV room that offers some basic international channels as well as free Wifi. The TV room opens up to a lovely dining area that consists of a table that seats 12 people and that opens up to an outdoor area with another table that seats 6.Villa 2:On the ground floor this villa consists of an open-plan kitchenette with a microwave and electric hob. There is also a TV sitting area.The remaining 3 bedrooms are all located on the first floor which are accessed by an external flight of stairs with the front door opening into a corridor that leads you to a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all sharing a bathroom with double sink. One of the twin bedrooms features a lovely fireplace and ocean view.The twin bedrooms and the double bedroom have direct access onto a terrace that offers gorgeous ocean views!There is another basic kitchen on the first floor consisting an electric hob / sink.All reservations include a full clean upon departure.If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included. If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 75 Euros per request.This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
