Air conditioning in all rooms. 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, one en suite, large garden with space for outdoor dining. Roof terrace and parking are some of the facilities this property offers, in addition to being just a few minutes from a supermarket. Because of its great location, this property is always in high demand.

Typical Algarvian private villa with roof terrace (facing south). Comprising 3 bedrooms (1 of them is a suite). The property is around 180 m2. Air conditioning in all rooms (except, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor). Fully equipped with 3 bedrooms (2 with twin beds and 1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom). Another private bathroom is also available. American kitchen with access to the house's garden. Large living/dining room. Covered outdoor parking for 2 vehicles. HDMI Smart TV, Fiber Internet. We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:

• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros



• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros

• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros
