Orada 26 villa is the perfect combination of luxury, style, comfort, and location. Set right by Albufeira Marina, it's a short walk to the old town and just minutes from the beaches of São Rafael, Coelha, Galé and Castelo, the Salgados golf course, and everything central Albufeira has to offer — an ideal base for making the most of your holiday.

Inside, the villa is bright, spacious and beautifully finished. A large open-plan living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen and out to the pool through full-width bi-fold doors. The smart TV comes with a digital media box, so you can sign in to all your favourite apps like YouTube and Netflix, and there's air conditioning in every room. A separate guest WC serves the living area for convenience.

The villa has 3 en-suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and two with a private balcony — the master bedroom opens directly onto the pool deck. A 4th bedroom sits on the lower level, with direct access to the wellness spa's dedicated bathroom facilities: a toilet, a vanity tap, and twin walk-in rain showers.

Upstairs, a relaxing lounge is stocked with board games and books, and the sun terrace comes with yoga equipment for a morning stretch in the open air. The lower level is built for downtime: a games area with a pool table and fitness bikes, and a mosaic steam room with twin walk-in spa showers — the kind of extras that turn a good trip into a memorable one. A laundry room is also available.

Outside, a private pool sits at the heart of a sun-trap deck, with four sun loungers, a shaded dining area, a built-in barbecue, a fresh-water poolside shower, and mature green planting for privacy.

Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 30 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of €500 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.
