Moradia geminada duplex V2, com piscina comum, wi-fi, ar condicionado, em Albufeira, a poucos minutos a pé de praias, da rua da Oura e do centro de Albufeira.
Esta casa com piscina, fica situada numa sossegada zona residencial da Oura, entre a Oura e o Forte de São João.
No rés-do-chão, tem a cozinha equipada com placa eléctrica, exaustor, forno, micro-ondas, frigorífico com congelador, máquina de lavar louça, torradeira e máquina de café.
No corredor há uma zona de lavandaria com máquina de lavar roupa, uma casa de banho comum com chuveiro e o acesso ao primeiro andar.
Ao fundo, fica a simpática sala, com zona de refeições e sala de estar, com sofás, TV por cabo e internet Wi-Fi. Daqui tem acesso directo para a zona exterior onde fica a zona de barbecue, devidamente equipada com churrasqueira, mesa de refeição e espreguiçadeiras. Nesta zona fica o acesso à grande e apetecível piscina, com uma enorme zona relvada.
No primeiro andar temos os 2 quartos. A suite principal, com cama de casal, uma simpática varanda com vista piscina e casa de banho privativa com chuveiro. O segundo quarto é também um quarto de casal e também tem vista piscina.
Ambos os quartos têm ar condicionado e são virados a sul, pelo que gozam de muita luz.
No corredor fica a casa de banho comum, com banheira.
A piscina da Casa Marisol é ampla e tem uma zona para as crianças. Existem vários lugares de estacionamento junto à casa e um lugar de estacionamento privativo.
Não são aceites reservas de hóspedes menores de 25 anos, excepto se acompanhados pelos pais.

Quiet Villa in a Great Location 100% recommend
We stayed at the villa for 8 days, it was super clean and quiet. Everything you would need was there, just what we needed. Overlooks a lovely pool. Close to shops. Communication was very good, lots of helpful information in a booklet that pointed us to some lovely beaches. 5 euro Uber to the Old town. We would go again next time we are in Portugal.

The Villa was excellent, Rear Patio very good, an element of privacy. Pool was great and as there were hardly any other Villas occupied, we mostly had it to ourselves.
Helena was outstanding with helping to ensure everything went according to plan.
