The villa "Filipa" located in Guia in southern Portugal is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones. The 150 m² villa consists of a living room (the fireplace cannot be used), a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning available only in the bedrooms, a washing machine as well as cable TV. A billiard table is also available. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. In addition, a shared tennis court and a table tennis table are available on the property free of charge for your enjoyment and guests may have 2 tennis rackets and 2 ping pong rackets.

Peaceful, private villa

The property is in a quieter area of Albufeira but only a short drive from the main town or the very good Algarve shopping centre in Guia. The villa has everything you need including aircon in each bedroom and a very well equipped kitchen. The best part of the villa though is the amazing pool area that is so private with all the mature gardens surrounding it. Our kids loved splashing around in the pool whilst we chilled out reading a book or just enjoying the great weather. The only negative point I can make is that the villa is a little dated, so don’t be expecting any ultra modern design, but it’s tranquility makes it the perfect getaway

Lovely property, great location for exploring. It is not overlooked and the gated pool gives peace of mind if there are small children staying. Property was clean throughout and easy to park outside. Only minor point is that it would be useful to have cleaning supplies like washing up liquid/sponges, and perhaps more staples such as salt, pepper and spare toilet rolls as it seems wasteful to buy for short stays, but they are easy enough to pick up with the shops only being a short drive away.

Great stay

We have had a great stay at villa filipa. Villa was so private but still not far from town. You do need a car. We'll equipped pool table and table tennis a bonus. Loved having heated pool too. Owner Jose was great and very helpful. We had problem with gas and a toilet but was fixed qui kly. Would love to return here and also will recommend to family and friends. Cleaner done great job thankyou for looking after us.

Une superbe maison, très fonctionnelle et proche de tout

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à la Vila Filipa. Les enfants se sont régalés avec la piscine!! Proche des commerces et des plages en quelques minutes en voiture! Maison propre, fonctionnelle et très agréable !!! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!! Obrigada 😉

La location est très bien, de plein pied, il y a tout le nécessaire. Les extérieurs sont agréables. Attention a l arrosage automatique en fin d’après-midi 😁 Le ménage est peu limite.

Schöne Villa in Albufeira

Schönes Objekt mit sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gut für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, da der Pool eingezäunt ist. Das Haus ist ländlich gelegen (in Orangenplantagen).
