With 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the property comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds, providing a great night's sleep. Both rooms have air conditionating (A/C), private bathroom and balcony, thus ensuring complete comfort and privacy. In the living room there is a sofa bed and A/C.

This villa also has a comfortable dining/living room, witn A/C, where you can dine, watch TV or simply relax after a day at the beach full of adventures.

A good place to stay

This property is in a great location, we did not need a car as everything you need is in walking distance. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. The host was excellent, fast to respond and friendly and helpful. The house was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is very peaceful and the pool and garden were wonderful.

Amazing stay with ny family

We had an amazing time, the house got everything we needed, nice garden and pool area. Location is perfect, very central but quiet and safe, walking distance to the beaches, old town or the strip. Really good restaurants just around the corner. The only little minus is very small kitchen and equipment a bit dated, barbeque a bit dirty and rusty, but it didn't really affected our stay as we were going out for food most of the times. I can recommend this place with hand on my heart.

Schönes sauberes Haus, optimal für eine Familie

Das Haus liegt ruhig in zweiter Reihe zwischen dem trubeligen und lauten Partyviertel und der Altstadt von Albufeira. Wir haben den Pool selbst im April genutzt und fanden den eingezäunten Garten für unser Baby zum unbeschwerten Krabbeln und Sonnenbaden optimal. Die Strecke zum Meer kommt einem aufgrund der Erhöhten Lage etwas länger vor, hätte für uns mit Kindern etwas kürzer sein können. Die Einrichtung (z.B. Bäder, Küche) ist etwas älter aber sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und geht mit Problemen (fehlender Hochstuhl und Heizung im Haus) unkompliziert um. Hochstuhl und Heizlüfter wurden im Handumdrehen besorgt und zur Verfügung gestellt. Unterm Strich ein guter Aufenthalt für uns, ich würde das Haus wieder buchen.

Super séjour

Séjour très agréable, la maison est super, ainsi que l’accès direct à la piscine! Sur la photo on voit que l’ouverture est direct sur la piscine, mais celle ci est fermé par un portillon, qui permis de sécuriser si nous avons un jeune enfant. La communication avec les propriétaires est top. Très bon séjour, je recommande!

Heerlijk verblijf, op prima locatie

Een heerlijk verblijf vlakbij het strand en de strip en 20 minuutjes lopen van de oude stad. Bijna alles is aanwezig in het huis. Goede bedden. Paar min puntjes: de douche op de 3 pp slkmr daar was de druk van het water zó laag dat het haast niet te doen om je haar uit te spoelen. Er is geen airco, en er stond een nespresso koffie apparaat waar we verschillende doorden vups voor hadden gekocht maar tot de conclusie kwamen dat die geen van allen pasten. Aangezien wij echte koffiedrinkers zijn, vroegen we Carmen of zij wist waar we ze konden halen, of dat we van haar cups konden overnemen. Helaas heeft zij onze vraag niet beantwoord. Erg jammer. We zouden dit huisaanbevelen !

El alojamiento es estupendo, limpio y con todas las comodidades. Cerca de la playa, 10 min andando. Los propietarios nos ofrecieron su ayuda en todo lo necesario y fueron muy hospitalarios. Del centro de Albufeira esta a 15 andando. 100% Recomendable.
