Within a short walking distance, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and the famous square with crafts and entertainment.The house has free Wi-Fi and 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a T1 apartment with air conditioning, a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The living/dining area has a comfortable sofa, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.On the first floor, there is a T2 apartment with air conditioning. The two bedrooms have single beds (convertible to a double bed) and built-in wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with a shower cubicle, a living room with satellite TV, and an open-space kitchen with a dining table.On the second floor, there is access to an additional annex with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette (available for bookings of 7 to 10 people).The highlight of the house is the terrace with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and spectacular views over the city and Fishermen's Beach.Casa Negril is located in the historic center of Albufeira, close to everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The Old Town is just a few streets away, and the Strip, with the best bars and nightlife, is a 5-minute drive.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.From the 7th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
