Small condominium, only with 3 apartments, with a fantastic sea view, situated in private property, with swimming pool and lawn garden with common BBQ.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living / dining room with TV, internet hotspot prepaid, sofa bed and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped.
In the common area has private pool barbecue with bench, dishwasher and respective accessories. The pool has outdoor seating furniture, shower area and shared laundry.
Located in a quiet area near many beaches, including Galé beach (500m), São Lourenço and Xiringuito (300m), one of Albufeira's best kept secrets, is Vila Joya beach with its magnificent Bar Beach and Restaurant (2 Michelin stars). It is probably the best local reference. In the surrounding bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Very disappointed!

The host was very pleasant, however, very unresponsive. The unit was missing many small things such as napkins, paper towels, dish soap, hairdryer, extra blankets, garbage bags, etc. There was about 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The television did not have cable as advertised.Towels were stained and very old as were bed linens. and pillows were horrible!!

Overall ok for amount paid. Very basic equipment - electrics in kitchen not the best. Shower ok but fixing/shower head broken. Internet arrangement was poor - had to pay to top up gadget which then did not work as incorrect password. David could not help with this so had to manage without and cost money. Not good!

Casa bem localizada, em zona sossegada, 15 minutos a pé da praia (3 de carro), conforme às fotografias e características referidas no anúncio, boa piscina com sol e área relvada (embora as formigas incomodem), bela varanda com mesa para refeições e vista mar, boas dimensões. Embora nem sempre tenha sido imediato comunicar com o proprietário, mostrou-se sempre disponível para atender e resolver quaisquer questões que tivéssemos rapidamente e de forma satisfatória. Única questão a apontar é que a casa poderia estar melhor mantida - portadas das janelas funcionais, pilhas nos comandos e cartão pronto no wi-fi sem ter de pedir, mais equipamento de cozinha e refeições (uns tupperwares, por exemplo), electrodomésticos mais actualizados e sobretudo instalação de ar condicionado.
