The spacious living room, open to the dining area, has access to a charming terrace, perfect for meals and relaxation. For guests who need to work, there is a desk available in the living room.

The independent vitroceramic kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, such as fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric jug and juicer. Additionally, the kitchen offers an inviting view of the pool area.



LAUNDRY ROOM

Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a laundry room equipped with a large fridge and a washing machine. This area also offers access to a covered barbecue area, ideal for cooking and dining outdoors.
