OK accomodation, poor facilites

Good size appartment but noisy building site opposite and noisy gardeners each week. Ant's nest kept us from enjoying the outside space. No internet, No English satellite channels to watch and unable to use the freezer being frozen solid.

Perfect getaway for couple or families

Really lovely resort with a shared pool and plenty of grass area should you have small children in need of somewhere safe to run around. The resort is close to a number of restaurants all really good quality (variety of prices) within 10-30 mins walk including those at the beach with views of the sunset that are amazing. Anything further or if you have children, I would recommend a car. Would recommend the accommodation and hosts who were really helpful with information before departure.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the apartment is modern, clean, quiet and close to restaurants and the beautiful Praia Gale beach one of the best in the region.

Great location - quiet and near beaches/ reataurants

The property is nice and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood near several beaches and a few restaurants in walking distance. You need a car for the beaches but a very relaxing area.

Peace and Tranquility

The apartment is in a beautifully kept complex and it’s in a lovely quiet location. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your holiday. Booking was easy and instructions were clear. The nearest supermarket is Spar which is around a 15 minute walk. Don’t believe the signs that say Aldi is 3 minutes away.... it took us about an hour to walk!!! There a couple of nice restaurants a short walk away. The Brasserie is closest and the food was lovely. O Marinheiro was amazing but I would recommend booking your table as it’s very popular with tourists and locals.

We stayed in the 1-bedroom for 2 weeks with a 1-year old toddler. The property is amazing, very new and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great stay, including a travel cot and a high chair for the baby. The property has a lot of space, it is quite and has a lot of natural light. The condo itself has a great location - it is close to the beaches and a short drive from Albufeira. The pool was nice and the sunsets on the roof are amazing! We found the whole renting process very easy and had good interactions with the owner, so thank you for that. My only recommendation is to offer a free cleaning for anyone staying over 1-week. Thank you very much and I look forward to returning in 2019! Obrigado!

Accommodatie is mooi, keuken zeer compleet, alleen de pannen zijn aan vernieuwing toe.Bubbelbad werkte niet.In een van de panden op het aangrenzende resort, was zeer regelmatig een hond op het terras, overdag en 's nachts, die veel overlast bezorgde door constant te lopen blaffen. 's nachts konden er geen ramen open blijven, vanwege geluidshinder.

Eine schöne Zeit

Sehr schöne, großzügige, gut gesicherte Anlage. Sehr schöne, geräumige und helle Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet mit dem "Vorteil", dass es nur 5 portugiesische TV-Programme gibt. Gelernt: es geht auch ohne! Internet leider sehr instabil für Laptop. Handys o.k. Heizung im Winter mit Klimaanlage wie immer in Portugal leicht problematisch: dauert lange bis die ausgekühlte, klamme Wohnung wohnlich warm wird. Gebläse leicht lästig. Haben uns insgesamt 5 Wochen lang wohl gefühlt.

Insgesamt sehr schönes Apartment in ruhiger Umgebung, geräumig, gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Reinigung könnte gründlicher erfolgt sein. Modriger und leicht fauliger Geruch in Küche und Bad. Wenn das verbessert wird, ist es ein kleines Paradies.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Appartment liegt sehr ruhig und der Strand Praia do Castelo ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nicjts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auch git geklappt.

Estancia fabulosa en Albufeira

Es tal y como indica el anuncio, un amplio apartamento con 1 habitacion y salida al jardin . El condominio es super tranquilo y relajado. Se está genial. El registro de entrada facilísimo con el código de llaves. El apartamento está totalmente equipado y muy limpio, pero ganaría la estrella que le hemos quitado si las sartenes y ollas estuvieran en buen estado, las 3 sartenes que habia ralladísimas, las asas y tapas de las ollas de silicona pegajosas del paso de los años, en la cocina hay algun problema con las tuberias ya que olía siempre, en el suelo del cuarto de baño habia como un agujero en el suelo pegado con celo, da muy mala.imagen. Las toallas eran también muy viejas. La ropa de cama muy bien y supercómoda. El sofá, cómodo y nuevo. El aparcamiento perfecto dentro del condominio. La wifi va fatal, se caía constantemente En resumen, si se pudieran mejorar estos aspectos.negativos pasaria a ser un 10 !!

Mooi appartement met verbeterpunten

Het betreft een mooi ruim appartement op een mooie locatie, we verbleven er bijna 2 weken. Je loopt zo het gras op naar het zwembad. Gunstige zonligging. Een auto is aan te bevelen, lopen naar strand en winkels is net wat ver. Wel diverse prima restaurants op loopafstand. Verder konden we eerder in het appartement en later vertrekken omdat er die dag geen andere gasten vertrokken of aankwamen, dus dat was ook mooi. Maar er zijn ook verbeterpunten: We hadden 2 weken geen internet. Wel gemeld bij de eigenaar, maar geen verbetering. Zou aan het parkbeheer liggen, maar eerdere reviews melden hetzelfde probleem, dus gewoon een appartement zonder internet. Verder is er wel een satellietontvanger, deze is kapot, dus alleen 7 Portugese zenders. Gemeld aan de eigenaar, maar deze vind alleen Portugese zenders blijkbaar voldoende. Samengevat: bijna 2 weken geen internet en geen TV. Verder een diepvries vol ijs (volgens de recensies vorig jaar al vol ijs) nog steeds niets aan gedaan. Hebben we zelf laten ontdooien leverde een enorme bak water op. Diverse lampen gebroken of stuk, slechts 1 wijnglas aanwezig (na klagen 4 bijgebracht) geen bierglazen. Droogrek vol roest. Bij dit huis ontbreekt het aan beheer en onderhoud van de inboedel.
