Located in a privileged area, just minutes from the best beaches of the Algarve and from supermarkets, restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Albufeira, this property offers the perfect balance between comfort, luxury, and proximity to dozens of leisure options.

With 5 en-suite bedrooms, including 4 double rooms and 1 spacious room with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, the villa guarantees privacy and comfort for the whole family or group of friends.

The social area stands out for its spacious and elegant living and dining room, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals. For entertainment moments, you can enjoy a games room with a snooker table.

Outside, the villa offers a true leisure paradise, with a heatable private pool (optional extra) surrounded by extensive garden areas. The space also includes an exclusive pool bar with an integrated BBQ, ideal for outdoor meals, and a pool support toilet for greater comfort.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
