The beatifully tiled swimming pool has been tiled with exceptionally beautiful and expensive mosaic tiles (8m x 4m) and 1.30 depth has corner Roman steps and a feature long bench inside the pool, perfect for sitting on hot sunny days ! There is a lovely covered BBQ area with al fresco dining table.

Ground Floor : Entrance hallway with feature inlaid brick domed ceiling leading to lounge, with pateo doors to garden and pool terraces. Sat TV and DVD. Pool table for additional fun ! Fully fitted and equipped kitchen/breakfast room with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster , kettle, fridge frezer. Utility room with washing machine.
