The view is spectacular, you're right on the beach. Staff attentive and friendly. Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Buffet breakfast is good, I liked the fresh fruit ,my husband liked everything else. Easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Top floor bar is great, friendly bar tender, piano player/singer was great and great drinks. Gellato was amazing at beach level. Had lunch at beach bar, food was good and plentaful. Bed and linens are great, has good air conditioning. Modern shower, spacious room with safe, hangers and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No body lotion, but not a issue. Great place to stay

The hotel is in an AMAZING location on the best beach and right in Old Town! So convenient and close to all the fun, dining, partying and shopping! Hotel rooms are pretty basic but have lovely decks overly the ocean abd beach. The lobby etc was very gorgeous with comfortable seating and bar overlooking the ocean too. Breakfast was very nice with nice options. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is advertised as Adults-Only. However, all the rooms are above the promenade. While there are no children in the hotel lobby, each room is filled with noise from loud children, the beach, music, and late night parties. Things did not quiet down until after midnight.

The staff was so accommodating and wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located both on the beach and near wonderful restaurants and nite life. We felt very safe in Albufeira. To all staff and Jose, thank you!

It is a beautiful hotel with ocean front view, dining areas and swimming. The staff are very good, pleasant and helpful. I would return there again. The only negative comment I would share about the room is that they only give you 1 bottle of water in your room upon arrival and then you need to pay to have it replenished. Also, the lounge chairs are 10 Euros each per day and beach towels need to be rented as well.

The property itself looks like the photos, however the lack of facilities made it poor value for money, hotel states coffee machine however, you only get one coffee pod each for arrival along with one small bottle of water, and then have to purchase any more coffee pods that you want from them - this is a 4 star hotels and not cheap so you would expect better!! you also only get one tea bag each. No where on their website is there a picture of the indoor pool, we discovered it by accident after leaving the hotel and going through the downstairs restaurant/bar! This was small and uninviting - hence no photos! It didn’t even appear that this was attached to the hotel as you had to leave through the exit. Hotel shows beach beds and parasols that are owned and run by the hotel but don’t tell you that these are at a cost of €20 per day! Again not something you would expect from a 4* hotel, we were very disappointed by our stay having to pay for things that ‘appear’ to be included

Only location is great but the rudest front desk staff and for $500 per night the most greedy hotel they have espresso machine in the room but you have to pay 1.20 euro for each pod , no napkins in the room shampoo and body wash not enough for one shower only one bottle of water free for 2 people they charge 10 euro refundable to give you a card to pick a beach towel toaster in the breakfast room not working doesn’t worth to pay $500 per night only for the location only and receive the bad service ever and rudest staff I won’t advise anybody to have the experience we had

We were under the impression this was a 4-star hotel, (I would rate it as 3), and as an "adults only", was going to be quiet and relaxing. This hotel is the complete opposite. It is in the middle of party central, with loud, techno music right on the beach, other hotels with loud music and their own beach bar contributing to the noise. When we asked for 2 nights of reimbursement out of 4, they were mean, put the blame on us and talked behind our back to each other in Portuguese in angry tones. It was very upsetting. We stayed 2 nights and couldn't take it anymore, no sleep and no relaxation on the beach. If you want a party place, this is it, if not, go somewhere else.
