Staff were super friendly and welcoming. It was very quiet for our stay so the pools and facilities were relaxing and reliably accessible. The restaurant meals were delicious. Only thing that could be better was the breakfast bacon! Just 5m walk to one beach, ~10m in the other direction to another and some convenient shops just across the road. It was the perfect first holiday for my little girl, she didn't want to leave.

Great hotel in a brilliant quiet location but close enough to walk to Santa Eulalia where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.. Hotel was nice and clean and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again, brilliant value for money

The property was good, large pool not too packed when we stayed in September 2023. WiFi was great, TV was good, nice location, walkable and bus routes next to property. Two complaints, the buffet food was the SAME every day, not a lot of options either. Also, the shower soap was not refilled before our check-in and we ran out by our 3rd day.

Location is a bit difficult to get to but room was clean and the front desk staff were friendly. The bar staff though seemed out to get as much money from you as possible, also strange they didn't understand Portuguese. I was trying to order an imperial, a small beer, was told they only have corona so ordered 2 glasses, gave me two bottle priced at €6 each! That's ALOT for Portugal prices?! And small bottles?? Imperial beers are usually €2-€3. Other than that the hotel itself was fine
