ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We want to ensure that our home remains in excellent condition for you and future guests. MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX A municipal tourist tax applies in Albufeira to all guests aged 13 and over at the time of check-in, as follows: €2 per person/night from April 1st to October 31st. POOL AREA RULES The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Children under 12 years old or non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. Adults are responsible for ensuring children use designated pool facilities. Children must wear appropriate swimming diapers. Sun loungers should not be left occupied while unattended. Please keep the area clean when leaving. Only individuals with proper hygiene are allowed in the pool. Swimwear is mandatory. No pets are allowed in the pool area. Balls and inflatables are not permitted in the pool or garden. Glass containers are strictly prohibited. Eating or drinking inside the pool is not allowed.
PROPERTY ACCESS AND STAY Without prior notice, no individuals other than the registered guests at check-in are allowed to access, stay, or sleep in the property.
NOISE In Portugal, quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this period, any noise that may disturb neighbors must be avoided.
