Disappointing stay

Stayed here 2 years ago and couldn't fault it, however, this time around was very disappointing. Facilities need to be updated, such as iron board that has seen better days plus the cleanliness of the apartment on check in was not very good. Mid way through our holiday, the water boiler switch kept tripping and didn't get fixed for the duration of our holiday. We were offered 2 alternative apartments to shower in, however, both were uncleaned with the occupiers having just left. Making myself, wife and daughters shower in unclean facilities is not acceptable. In addition to this, I always had to be the one that called your office to ask for updates so again this is not ideal and to be honest, I expected better
