Nice house, poor service......

Proprty was very nice, we really enjoyed it. Feels Like Home property managers were really lacking. No one responding when we arrived for a check in at the right time, the driver got a response for the code for lock box to get the key. No instructions about anything for the house, just general on back of door. Had to call for that and bother them. No info fo appliances which we had a few issues with and very poor response time to fix. No follow up on how our stay was, no info at check out except code for lock box that we asked for. Perhaps we will want to book again for next year but not if there is same management. We booked for 3 days in Evora April 7 th and had such wonderful property manager there, all the help and info needed. F. L. H. were unprofessional and did not care!
