Villa Ocean is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve, combining comfort, elegance and a privileged location near the beach.



The living and dining room in open space receives plenty of natural light and offers a welcoming environment, with direct access to the outside, perfect for moments of togetherness.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. On this floor there is also a service bathroom and a bathroom with a shower, ensuring practicality during your stay.



On the first floor there are two suites, one with two single beds and private shower, and another with a double bed and private bathroom with bathtub, creating comfortable and peaceful environments.



The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the social area, providing functionality and convenience in meal preparation.



The lower floor features a games room with a pool table and table football, as well as a service bathroom, ideal for leisure moments without leaving home.



On the outside, you can enjoy the private pool, heated pool (additional cost), an outdoor dining area, lounge area and barbecue, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve climate.



Villa Ocean is situated a short distance from Praia dos Arrifes, as well as from restaurants, bars and other attractions in Albufeira.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
