Spacious and well-equipped, the villa features four bedrooms on the first floor: one double en suite and one twin en suite (both with a bathtub), plus one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a common bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.



On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and airy living and dining area with direct access to the pool area, ideal for relaxing moments. A fully equipped kitchen and an additional WC complete this floor.



The outdoor space invites you to unwind, featuring a private heatable pool (available as an optional extra), sun loungers, a well-maintained garden, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area with space for al fresco dining. The property also offers private parking for two vehicles.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
