Sunny apartment with sea view, 2. Upstairs. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach (Sao Rafael and 6min to Arrifes beach) in a perfect location. In the evening it is wonderfully quiet and yet the location is very central. The large pool is almost directly across from the apartment. From the opposite 5 * Hotel NAU Atlantico can be booked for 20 € per day the SPA area including gym. The apartment is completely renovated !! New windows, new kitchen, new beds, new mattresses, new bathroom, new tiles, new furniture, new air conditioners and fans. 1 flat screen TV with German television and free Wi-Fi. In the slightly cooler nights and months, the air conditioners can be used as a heater, but there is also a newly built fireplace available. The apartment is very well kept and clean. A local administration is happy to help and advise should questions arise. In the immediate vicinity are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants. The marina of Albufeira is about 4 minutes drive, in the center about 8 minutes.

Magnifique appartement rénové à 5min de la plage de Sao Rafael

Superbe appartement rénové avec tout le mobilier nécessaire et même plus encore (jeux pour la plage, serviettes, parasols, ..., jeux de société). L'appartement est idéalement situé dans une belle résidence. Piscine à 1min à pied réservée à la résidence. Plage à 5min à pied. Commerce à 5-10min en voiture. Albufeira également très accessible en 10min en voiture. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et les échanges avec Mr Schumacher étaient parfaits. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette location.
