tax. The tax is payable for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights
.This is paid upon checking in the Holiday Planner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Easy check in and manager responded quickly to any query. Lovely pool ( would have been nice to be slightly larger but okay ) tired furniture but okay , lovely location, very peaceful during the day. Couple of things that spoiled it was the beds were very hard and also the neighbours dog seemed to be left out all night and barked constantly. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

A really peaceful and relaxing break

Lovely property enjoyed the peace and quiet pool was great and the villa had nearly everything we needed you really need a car due to location just a small thing that could improve the stay was the showers were very temperamental very difficult to keep the water at constant temperature care needs to be used gets very hot then cold

Excellent location

Double bed really quite hard, uncomfortable, and very noisy. The boards under the mattress creak terribly against the wooden struts, even with small shifts of position during the night. Drain smell from en-suite bathroom very strong at times, invading the bedroom, necessary to keep door closed. Tap in en-suite bathroom splatters water in a frustrating way This would make me think twice about booking this villa again. No salt, pepper, herbs & olive oil (usually left by previous customers)No scissors in the kitchen Sun umbrellas on the small side and the fixings in the bases not good enough to grip them well. No low garden tables at a height suitable for use with the sun loungers. AC goodPool nice but on the small sideSpacious villaVery good location close to Albufeira and its beaches and very close to an excellent shopping centre.
