Villa Paraty is a modern 4-bedroom residence located in Corcovada, Albufeira, near the famous Strip, full of restaurants and bars. With a private pool and a central location, this house is ideal for relaxed holidays without the need for a car.



On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles (one en-suite) and 1 twin, as well as an additional bathroom and verandas with a view of the swimming pool. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom and another bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The spacious living/dining room, with large comfortable sofas, offers a view of the pool. The villa also has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and television.



The exterior features a deck with a private pool, ideal for relaxing in the sun. A brick barbecue invites outdoor meals with family and friends. The well-maintained garden, with grassed areas and plants, provides a peaceful environment. The property is fully fenced, with a pedestrian gate and automatic entrance for parking.

Alles am Haus ist perfekt. Meine Familie hat es so gut gefallen und kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, aber in der Nähe von Restaurants und Geschäften.
