Excellent T0+1 Studio apartment with 1 bedroom, perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 4 people, with an area of ​​50m2.
It has modern decor, a large balcony with terrace and access to the pool. Very well located in a quiet area, with free parking outside, TV and internet throughout the apartment.
Close to restaurants, cafes, hypermarket and Lusíadas hospital, it is a 3-minute drive from Rua da Oura and 5 from Oura beach.
The space
The apartment consists of:
- 1 bedroom with double bed with comfortable bedding
- 1 comfortable sofa bed with space for 2 people
- Complete bathroom with bathtub. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience! Shower gel and liquid hand soap are also provided
- Living room with TV, air conditioning, cable TV, and dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen. It has all the necessary amenities to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal during your stay, such as a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer.
