This charming 3-bedroom semi-detached house was recently remodeled, offering a modern and welcoming environment, with high-quality finishes and functional design. The three bedrooms are spacious, well-lit and stylishly decorated, providing comfort and privacy for the entire family or group of friends.

The fully equipped kitchen offers practicality for preparing your meals, while the living area is perfect for relaxing or socializing. The private terrace is an excellent outdoor space, ideal for enjoying the weather, having a drink or simply relaxing while enjoying the view.

The main attraction of this property is the private pool, a true refuge for leisure and relaxation on sunny days, guaranteeing privacy and total comfort. The peaceful environment and convenient location, with easy access to essential services and attractions, make this semi-detached house the perfect choice for those seeking a comfortable, modern stay with a touch of sophistication.

All sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then reply to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in is carried out directly at the accommodation from 3:30 PM, but please note that check-in between 7 PM and midnight has an extra cost of €30.

At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee. Poorly managed and maintained property in Petroves

On arrival at the property, we discovered that one of the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms was uninhabitable due to a shocking amount of damp and mould, effectively making it a 2 bedroom property. The owners were clearly aware of the issues as they had attempted to cover over a faulty roof light with some antislip matting and black plastic! The pool decking was rotten to the point of large holes developing making the pool area unusable and dangerous with small children. Half way through the stay, a leak developed from a unit on the roof, leaving us with an unwanted water feature on an already unusable outside seating area. Blinds were broken, there were missing bedside tables, broken toilet seats making them impossible to clean effectively and damp in nearly every room from faulty bathrooms. When these issues were reported to management, the only offer of a resolution was to use a product to clean the mould, which would still have left the rooms uninhabitable. This neglect and poor management of the property really let down what could have been a wonderful stay!
