A unique house in a fabulous position near Galé beach

Gwenva is one of our most popular villas, with clients wanting to return year after year. Located in a small development near to the beautiful sandy beach at Galé, there are restaurants and shops nearby, yet the property enjoys peaceful surroundings due to its privileged position.

At the front of the house there are electric gates, a carport and a small garden. From the hall, two steps lead to the living/dining room which has an abundance of natural light. There are two bamboo sofas, a wood burner, corner bar and doors leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The kitchen has recently been modernised with glossy white cupboards, granite surfaces and plenty of space to cater for everyone. There are two ensuite bedrooms on this floor and a separate washroom.

The bedroom on the first floor has a nautical theme and a lovely terrace with steps leading to the pool area.

Outside is glorious with an immaculate garden, lawned area, inviting swimming pool and sun loungers, all surrounded by an oleander hedge.

Amazing villa!!!!

Such a beautiful house, we never wanted to leave any more. It felt like a home and was super comfortable. It actually resulted in us seeing very little of the surroundings because we simply didn’t want to leave. The garden and pool are also beautiful. Simply amazing!

Lovely villa. Well equipped, great pool, great garden, quiet aircon in bedrooms. Definitely recommend.Only minor gripe is that whilst kitchen is well equipped it seems all basics are cleared out at change over, have to buy salt, pepper, oil etc before you can make anything. Although think this is common for area.

Effet whaouuu garanti ! Déjà en ouvrant le portail et ensuite en ouvrant la porte de la maison . C est une très belle villa avec une belle hauteur sous plafond et un jardin magnifique . TV grand écran avec barre de son .Tout est très propre et entretenu intérieur comme extérieur. Rien ne manque ….Belle piscine également . Nous y avons donc passé un excellent séjour avec un soleil magnifique… des vacances réussies !

Belle maison de vacance, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont soignés et propres. Endroit idéal pour passer une bonne semaine dans le sud du Portugal. La localisation. Est parfaite pour aller à la plage et visiter l’Algarve d’Est en Ouest.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Lage, der Garten und der Pool perfekt. Wir hatten wundervolle neun Tage und wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Das einzige Manko ist, dass absolut keine Utensilien im Haus sind. Bei dem Preis finde ich es selbstverständlich, dass Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Spülmittel vorhanden sind, aber wir mussten alles selber kaufen. Auch wurde vorab die Kaution erhöht, weil wir junge Leute sind (zwischen 23-25 Jahre alt) und deutlich gemacht, wie man sich in dem Haus zu verhalten hat, was meiner Meinung nach selbstverständlich ist?

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben 3 Wochen hier verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, die Küche war neu und Haus und Garten sind schön und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Strände, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr nett.
