Lovely property and location. Problem accessing property as the agency was closed due to staff illness. Contact details supplied were only for the closed office but fortunately VBRO sorted out the issue really quickly. Would recommend that contact information in future includes the property manager’s mobile.

Small and poorly equipt kitchen

A beautiful villa bright and airy with lots of space. The downstairs was a bit gloomy but the pool table was well used. The downstairs kitchen had nothing and the upstairs kitchen was too small and poorly equipt for the number of guests . The bathroom door in the smaller upstairs bedroom rubbed on the floor making it difficult to enter and exit . The swimming pool is beautiful and was kept very clear with lots of space for sunbeds and outside dining. Despite the above negative comments my wife, family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Booked villa for whole family, 17 of us. Everything was as per listing. Villa clean on arrival and cleaned mid stay. Poole cleaned most days. Nice and easy people to deal with good communication. Fantastic Holiday

We thouroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Tenazinha. So much room for the entire family inside, and the outside dining and pool area was great. This is where we spent the majority of our time. Restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk away, and Ubers are easy for day trips. I would highly recommend staying here with family or a group of friends - Threre's plenty of room.

Good location

The property itself is in good condition but some areas of the inside of property need fixed and sorted along with a bit more cleaning. The location was good close to bars, restaurants and amenities. The villa security at main gate could be improved upon. We did have an issue with upstairs toilet cistern not flushing that was resolved promptly. Bins got emptied most days which was good and pool cleaned most days also. Overall it was a pleasant stay and property management company sorted any issues promptly.

The Villa was as described. Brilliant communication prior to our arrival. The location was great and close enough to shops and beach. The Villa was large and spacious and well suited to big groups. Overall the experience was fantastic and suited our group of friends with children numerous children under 4. We will be back next year! ☀️

Lovely spacious villa

Just returned from weeks stay at this villa. Lovely location with easy access to both Vilamoura and Albuifeira, beach just a short walk away with a range of local shops and restaurants. My only criticism is the WiFi, this is provided by a small router and very slow when one person is using.
