We present a magnificent flat on "Rua Almeida Garrett, 19" in Albufeira, with an excellent terrace and swimming pool, just a few steps from the beach and the famous Rua da Oura. Just 20 minutes walk from the city centre where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars with live music.



Located on the ground floor of a condominium with shared pool and terrace, this flat offers unique and memorable moments to enjoy with family and friends.



The fully equipped kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and all necessary utensils. The spacious living room has a TV, free Wi-Fi, dining area and air conditioning. With capacity for 4 people, the flat has a bedroom with a double bed and another with a double sofa bed.
