Come experience nearly 3000 sq ft of our modern and beautifully furnished Poconos Paradise to enjoy with your loved ones year round! This 5-bedroom, 3-bath home has everything you will need for a memorable Poconos vacation, whether you are looking for some rest and relaxation sitting poolside with a cold beverage, or adventure in the outdoors at one of the many waterparks and ski slopes nearby! Our recently remodeled kitchen with an oversized island is the perfect location to spend time recounting all the fun you will have, from ping-pong and foosball in the game room to playing marco-polo in the custom in-ground HEATED pool, to grilling up a storm in the inviting outdoor kitchen and gas grill. Don’t forget about our brand new hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit, perfect for getting warm and cozy with your loved ones. And that’s just on our 1-acre property! Wait till you venture out into our amenity-rich community complete with 5 lakes, 2 outdoor community pools (seasonal), basketball court and tennis courts.

10 amenity passes are provided with your rental for use during your stay. Guests over age 5 must bring the passes when visiting any of the community amenities.

PLEASE NOTE: Indoor fireplace is not for guest use, however outdoor fire pit is available for use year-round!

Our heated pool is open May-October! The hot tub is available year-round! During the off-season (pool closed) a Spa Fee of $25/stay will be added. During pool season a Spa Fee of $200/stay will be added to your booking, to be paid prior to arrival and is typically already included in the rental fees but if not we will reach out during the booking period.

Our HOA requires a fee of $60 per rental for all short-term rentals in the community. You will also receive a rental registration form with the rental agreement to sign and return at least 3 days prior to arrival. As part of this gated community, all guests must be registered to enter. Gates to the community are staffed 24/7.

Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. Daily pet fee will be added for additional cleaning.

SNOW REMOVAL: The driveway is a U-shape, which can fit many cars. Thus please move the cars to one side allowing space for the snow plow if you are here when it snows. Please be patient for the driveway and community to be plowed. Shovels are provided if you would rather clear snow on your own.

We had a fantastic stay at this Poconos house with two other families! The home was spacious with plenty of room for the kids, and we loved the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect—close to lots of activities. Josephine was an excellent host, always quick to respond before and during our stay. We will most definitely return!

This property is not what it seems. The pictures in the listing appear to be the same ones from when the current owners purchased the house years ago, and it's clear the property has been through years of rental use with no regard for upkeep. What you see is a complete misrepresentation of a house that is dirty, unsafe, and in a state of disrepair and neglect.The problems started the moment we arrived. The backyard pictures look like it would be a great space for recreation. In reality, it is a large mound courtesy of the septic tank underneath, made unusable by a rocky terrain and a horrid smell. The pool area, the main reason we booked, is surrounded by an untended hardscape, overrun with dead weeds.Inside, the house was visibly unsanitary. Walking barefoot on the stairs and upstairs hallway carpet, our feet immediately picked up crumbs and hair. One bathroom sink was coated in old toothpaste, and a quick wipe of the kitchen floors after a spilled water bottle left the paper towel filthy from the existing dirt on the floor. Thick layers of dust covered the vents and crown molding, a clear sign the home hasn't been properly cleaned in ages.Beyond the filth, the home is in disrepair. The old couch is heavily worn and smells, which is no surprise as it appears to be the same one from the previous listing photos. The lack of basic upkeep is everywhere. House was beautiful and very clean. The host was easily accessible and all information needed was handy. The one and only thing I would say to improve was that the backyard really needed to be mowed because the grass was overgrown which prevented the children from using that area.

The house was just as the pictures detailed - large, clean, plenty of outdoor space to have fun and gather with friends and family. Josephine, the host, provided plenty of information about checking into the house, the area, and what activities were local.Would definitely recommend for any group looking for a mountain getaway.

Relaxing vacation

Our family of 7, ages 21 to 82, really enjoyed our 5-night stay in Albrightsville. The house was extremely clean and well laid out for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen essentials were plentiful, as well as the necessities for our stay. I didn’t see any bugs in the house which was a first for our my stays in the Poconos. We used the fire pit, grill, dishwasher, washer, dryer, pool, and hot tub without issues. Although the yard was fenced, my 14 pound Pomchi was able to slip under the front fence due to the gaps. We had to rig a way to keep her on the deck which worked. The dining room table was a great size for board games. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone slept soundly. Water pressure in showers was fine. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk around. Although there was a slight delay during check-in at guard house, we experienced no issues any other time coming into the development. Drive the speed limit due to the abundance of deer in/near road. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely return. We brought floats for the pool which was the highlight of our stay! The host, Josephine, was extremely responsive to any concerns/messages we relayed. Close to Jim Thorpe, Lake Harmony, and nearby trails for hiking - perfect location!

The best VRBO we have ever enjoyed!

First, a huge thank you to our hosts Josephine and Winston! Their home is everything advertised, and more! The photos ARE LEGIT. Our family of 12 people from 10-73, couldn't have enjoyed the family's 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration any better! To top it off, the owners sent us a gift of congratulations! Pros : Excellent location - whatever you need within 15 - 20 minutes driving distance The bedrooms were as stated and the beds were comfortable for everyone The home was spotless when we arrived, Check in was simple. The KITCHEN! Anything and everything you might need, and it's BIG! The master bath was awesome! All the bathrooms were great. The playroom was well equipped The outdoor kitchen - we used it almost every night! The Hot Tub was excellent and The POOL! So clean! It was the main reason I chose this rental and it worked out perfectly! The house felt very private - a huge 'back yard', with deer who visited daily! It is a 'gated community', but the rules are basic. We did not use any of the amenities (pools, the lakes, etc) but they looked very well kept. I simply cannot say enough good things about this property. Cons: The entry process to the community - slow and unfriendly (nothing the owners could control, at all) A unanimous "Thumbs Up" from each of us who enjoyed a wonderful family gathering at this wonderful property! Look no further for an excellent stay in the Poconos!

Great house for a family reunion.

The 5 bedroom house with pool made for a great family reunion. The house itself could use some work as it was "surface clean" only. The house was also a bit worn and kitchen was not well stocked for family of 14. The pool and hot tub required attention (a call to owner took care of hot tub immediately but pool not until the day before rental ended). The weeds along the pool fence were 2 feel tall (a call to the owner did remedy this). The trip was about family so we had a great time but would not rent again.

Great stay!

This was the perfect place for a getaway with your partner or the whole family! The house is private and secluded and just beautiful, inside and out! There were several little “extras” that really elevated the experience- the hot tub, the bidet and beautiful primary bath, and the kitchen were huge pluses. It really helped us have such a relaxing stay. Super thankful!

Paradise Indeed

My family loved this place. The private pool was so nice to have. There is a pool in the community as well but we spent most of our time right in the backyard. At night there are lights that really make the place look great. The inside of the home was great as well. The kitchen and master bathrooms were both updated. The neighborhood was quiet and the lakes were not busy at all. Josephine was very communicative the entire time and made things easy on us. We normally like to come to the Poconos in the summer we will definitely be there during ski season and cant wait to stay here again.
