Dog-Friendly Paradise: Dogs stay free! Your furry friends can run, swim, and explore freely. We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture.
Unique Amenities: Enjoy various fire pits, grills, and over 30 seating areas. The private riverfront setting has been described as “absolutely stunning” and “luxurious.”

Winter Notice: Please leave the heat set to 68°F on both units when checking out.
Onsite Maintenance & Landscaping: Teams may be present during your stay to maintain the property.
Pets: We love receiving photos and stories of your dogs! Please ensure pets stay off furniture, clean up pet hair, and pick up after them in the yard. If guests fail to follow these rules, we may need to discontinue allowing pets.

Dogs: Free to roam and play. Clean-up bags provided.
Rivers & Streams: Water levels may rise after rainfall.
Grills: Four grilling areas, including a Flat Iron gas grill, a large wood or charcoal smoker. An old school store wood fireplace grill. Three propane tanks available. 1 full, 1 used. and 1 usually empty. You can exchange it up the road at the dollar store if you need more.
Fire Pits: Starter wood provided. Additional wood available at nearby neighbors for purchase.
Seating: More then 30 seating areas placed thoughtfully around the property.
Dining Areas: Five distinct dining spots with unique views.
Parking: Up to 3 vehicles. Maximum of 8 guests & 4 pets.
Kitchen: Solid butcher block counters, deep cast iron sink, LG double stove, Samsung refrigerator.
Check-In/Out: Check-out at 12:00 PM, Check-in at 4:00 PM (early check-in & late check-out determined on the day of).
Sleeping Arrangements: 1 Queen bed in the bedroom, 1 Queen bed in the living room, and a custom-built couch that converts into 4 Twin beds.
Shower: Custom waterfall shower with porcelain tile, panels, and blue LED lighting.
Golden Rule: Leave the house and yard as pristine as you found them. Keep all pets off beds & furniture.
Checkout: Take out the trash and place it in the first shed. Lock the shed after.
Neighbors: A few homes nearby, but none visible from the backyard & river areas.
Nearby Hiking & Restaurants: Hawk Falls, Hickory Run State Park, and Boulder Field are within 5 minutes. Great dining options at Lake Harmony, also 5 minutes away.

Smoking: Outdoor smoking allowed with provided ashtrays. No indoor smoking ($400 minimum fee for violations).
Country Road: A scenic road runs 40 feet from the house with a grassy yard and butterfly garden.
