Situated on 60 acres of rolling hills and trails. Boat rental available at nearby Grider Hill Marina. Well suited for large groups/events/corporate retreat

The space
The 1st floor includes 3 bedrooms 3 full baths and a master suite all with their own balcony. Large double kitchen spacious dining area, lounge area and screened in dining room.

The lower level includes 4 interior bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two suites accessible from outside only. Full kitchen and lounge area

There are two houses (The Lodge and Bunk House) on the property approximately 100 yards from each other. Both houses are available individually.

Perfect Family Reunion Destination

We had a great time at our family reunion at the Bluffs. The property was amazing! Beautiful views, great amenities, and fantastic host. Would highly recommend!!! Great place to stay with a group.

Wonderful long weekend with friends

We had a group of 10 couples who stayed for a long weekend. It was a beautiful property and close proximity to the marina made it super easy. Host was very responsive and even had a generator to keep most of the power in the house on when it went out during our stay due to a nearby accident. Everyone in our grouo wants to go back for our next trip!

Great Property

We had an amazing stay at the property. The house was perfect for us. The kitchens were great and the dining area could fit all 13 of us in one room with plenty of seating left. The rooms were spacious and clean. The deck and screened in porch had great views of the lake and lots of wildlife around. Hosts were great to work with and everything was easy for us. Thank you for a great vacation!

Lake life at its best

We had such a wonderful stay at this spacious lake house! From the moment we arrived, the views, cleanliness, and thoughtful layout of the home made it easy to enjoy time with family and friends. We enjoyed coffee on the deck watching the lake with the deer and turkeys. The kitchen with its double sinks, refrigerators, and premium stoves make cooking for everyone enjoyable. The less than one mile trip to the dock was also appreciated. We made some special memories and would love to come back.
