That's a very unusual and noisy stand for the bed. Very annoying for someone who gets up several times in a night. Was also disappointed to see that the river access was unusable. We'll be back to Burkesville but won't stay here unless some renovation is done. Desk clerk was available, helpful and professional.

One of the most run down property I have ever stayed in. Food in the refrigerator, soap wrappers on the bathroom floor. Stained and peeling wall paper.

We loved the location on the river, we were somewhat upset because the deadbolt on the door would not lock. It was quiet even though there were a lot of people there. The staff was friendly and helpful We were not able to lock the deadbolt, that was troubling
