The reason I gave a 3 ratio because they forgot to clean the room. They did offer clean towels and points. But since we reserved with Expedia that did not work. Also , there were no healthy options for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated how the staff did not start putting the breakfast food away on time. They waited about 15 minutes before clearing up. A staff member even asked me if i wanted anything else before they started doing so. My room was lovely.

Adjacent to NYS Thruway so road noise was a problem in evening. Unfortunately our room had two issues; a) bathroom light & fan fixture was extremely loud needing replacing, b) ceiling light fixture was out so unable to see coffee machine and surrounding area. Other than those issues property was adequate for the money.
