Staff on reception were inattentive. Hotel room was dirty, food was cold and not labelled. Drinks were served in cheap plastic cups throughout the hotel and cocktails were an extra expense. We stayed 1 night out of our planned 7 and left. Booked another hotel and so glad we did. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, do not be tempted by the cheap price as we were.

In the bizzare hot, no A/C was working in the public and shared areas. The VIP service and room upgrade of Expedia wasn't honoured by the property. Food quality was lower than average. It's been a bad vacation for us.

The hotel is very bad, but not suggest anyone to stay there. They make you pay for safe they make you pay for Wi-Fi. It smells very bad and they’re partying all day long. You can’t sleep.

Unfriendly staff, place felt like it wasn't even in business all the lights are off in hallways probably for them to save money instead of doing it for energy purposes. There was an upcharge for basically everything even wifi, this is not "all inclusive" so do not go for the extra charge for all inclusive. Surrounding area dirty and not safe feeling along with the property itself.

Not a 5 star hotel

They give bracelets and towel cards only after check-in at 14-00. If you arrive earlier, no way to have some rest before 14-00 PM. Food is standard, nothing special. Chicken, potatoes etc.

All inclusive was not all inclusive in my opinion. We got charged for Wifi, charged for safe-deposit box, charged for ice-cream, charged for baby stroller. Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK. No laundry service available at all. Only good thing is that the main restaurant food was decent and good variety (except for breakfast. This was the same each morning). Enjoyed the grilled food. Staff in main restaurant were really kind and polite. Beach was also good. Overall Senza the inn resort is only 3*.

This hotel shouldn’t be more then 3 stars the conditions are old and dingy. The reception and customer service was rude and terrible. There was no air conditioning, there was mildew in the bathroom, the food was mediocre and lacked selection. Had to ask several times for simple things like changing sheets (1 time in the 2 week stay) the balcony door lock was broken. We booked a non smoking room, but turned out every single room is a smoking room and since the balcony door didn’t close and there was no AC the smoke smell from neighbors was constant. The receptionist were rude I asked to speak to the manager it was a big mystery and no one would call him or give me his name. The food was the same thing during our whole 2 week stay. The pool is freezing and none heated.

There was too much noise, the staff don’t speak or understand English there was nothing inside the fridge as we had all inclusive, the rooms weren’t regularly cleaned and also there where astray cats running around the hotel no room service too and no towels changed
