The house is in Alangalang, Leyte, a town far enough from the water in case of bad weather yet close enough to drive to the beaches and resorts. Grocery store is about 10 mins away. On-site house keeper will perform housekeeping duties once a week for 1,000.00php.

This is a two story home with 3 bedrooms , one full bath and a half bath downstairs accessible from the living room. Fully functional kitchen.

Great place to stay in Alangalang
You'll get AC in the common area as well as all 3 bedrooms. Fast internet. Hot water shower in the master bedroom. Good kitchen with everything needed to cook. Hard to ask for anything else.

Nice property. Westernized home in a traditional Philippino neighborhood. There are food and shopping in a short walk along with an abundance of transportation options. There are lots of bicycle, scooter, bus etc options at all hours. Note most none auto options are Filipino sized so if your big or over 5 and a half most bikes seating will be crowded
