Very clean and comfortable!

As soon as we walked into the house it smelled amazing and was very clean. The beds are very comfortable memory foam mattresses. Owners are very nice and ready to work with.

Alamogordo Getaway

We were comfortable inside this renovated home and had everything we needed. It was clean and we-maintained. Its proximity to White Sands was a plus. The neighbor’s dogs kept us awake, however.

Perfect for Holloman AFB

This home was perfect for our stay in Alamogordo while visiting Holloman Air Force Base. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. It was very clean, had all the essentials for cooking, linens, bath and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. It was easy to relax in. It really felt like home and very relaxing. The owners Nici and Saul were easy to work with; so welcoming, and very responsive. They made it a point to help us with our logistics and details for our stay. Their recommendations for restaurants and things to do -- especially visiting the town of Cloudcroft was very helpful. The home is a diamond in a relatively rough-looking neighborhood -- however, we felt very safe.

Cute Home

Home was exactly like descriptions said - clean older home that has been renovated. However, because it is older, just be prepared that bedrooms are not quiet. The neighborhood dogs and wind banging did not create a relaxing/restful sleeping environment. Wish the home had more seating as well to hang out as a family (one one sofa to seat 2-3) but otherwise it was super clean, convenient to White Sands NP & booking was easy.

Clean and cozy

House was just as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with what you might need. I love that there were extra dish towels, bath towels and paper products. So many places limit what supplies are available. There were even cleaning supplies available that I could use to make sure things were clean when I left. As mentioned in other reviews, the neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we never felt unsafe. Close to groceries and restaurants. Over all, a great little house.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed the convenience to White Sands and had basics at hand. The neighborhood is a bit rough, though we always felt safe and the home worked for us overall. It’s just like the pictures inside.

Nice stay- would return

This was a very comfortable place to stay. We are a family of 4 including elderly parents with mobility challenges. We had plenty of space between the 3 bedrooms and living room. Appreciated the easy walk in shower and safety bars in the bathroom. We used the in unit washer & dryer. Also brought our small dog who was comfy inside but didn't want to explore the back yard.

Little gem

This property is lovely and well presented. There was just about everything you could want, though the rear garden could be tidier. However, a great house and Alamogordo is a wonderful town surrounded by superb scenery.

House in Alamo

The house was very clean and was perfect for the four of us who stayed there. There was a little bit of miscommunication about us bringing our dog, and the owner requested a pet fee AFTER we left, even though it was clearly communicated in the initial request to book that we would have a dog with us. That was a little frustrating. But the property itself was very nice. We were a little skeptical when we saw the neighborhood, but the inside lived up to our expectations.

Very clean and freshly remodeled house in Alamogordo

The house was clean. well furnished with plenty of towels, clean white bed linens. Firm mattresses. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare a few meals. We were very comfortable.

Above and beyond

My stay was perfect. For the cost of most hotels, I was able to rent a 3 br home with use of all facilities. The owners communicated with me and were the friendliest people with a bottle of wine set out with a warm welcome. The place was close to my son's and many stores to choose from to buy food and places to see. I didn't have to worry about the temperature in the home as it kept it at around 70°. When the temps dropped at night, the heat kicked in, but was cool in the afternoon warmer weather. There is so much I could say and if my son ever gets stationed in the area, I would definitely stay again. Thank you for the perfect place to stay.
