Villa Dimi consists of two parts (main residence and guest rooms) separated by a large terrace (patio)that forms one unit together with the terrace in front of the villa and the swimming pool. The patio has a built in seating area with table and extra chairs , two parasols and four teak loungers and two chairs and a little table
The private pool measures 3.5 by 7 metres.
There is also a simple outdoor kitchen with electric bbq and a fridge for drinks.
The main living area consists of a cosy living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The livingroom has a full-width
sliding door, beautifully overlooking the pool, terrace, village and the Ionian sea with the Lefkadas mountains behind, where the sun hides giving every evening breathtaking sunsets.
There is a dining table for six, a comfortable seating area and a smart TV.
A 5-minute walk away, is the village centre with a big choice of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and supermarkets, and thr promenade with small beaches and the town quay.
Preveza's Aktion international airport can be reached directly from Schiphol Airport. The airport is 25 minutes away.
