We enjoyed a lovely, two-night stay at One Crescent Place. We booked their junior suite and found it to be an updated, bright room with lots of windows and sliding doors. There were two balconies, with a drying rack for swimwear outdoors. The beds were VERY comfortable, and there was a TV with plenty of viewing options for every member of your family. The room also included a table with four chairs. The bathroom has a large countertop, and the shower has great water pressure with nice warm water. The complimentary breakfast is delightful with options to suit every palate. Fresh fruit, juice, coffee or tea, and your choice of meat are included with the American breakfast option of eggs and toast, for example. It is a reasonable walk to the station 1 beach, through a little neighborhood with residential shops. A Watson's pharmacy is located within close walking distance, as well as a Catholic church. What defined our visit was the kindness shown to us by the staff, and Army (I think the spelling may be incorrect!) in particular. The great treatment we received showed us this hotel puts its guests and their satisfaction first. Thank you!!

Around 5 to 7 mins walk from white beach so you are away from the noise and crowded areas. Clean rooms, good amenities / facilities and wonderful staffs. I could not find fault in this property. Definitely worth your money!

We were first time in Boracay and this hotel was great choice. Staff was helpful with changing the room (the one in the basement was way smaller and darker than the pictures claimed), since the day we have nothing to complain :) It is in quiet area, 3 minutes walking from White beach, several choices of breakfast, daily room cleaning service.. We already recommended OCP to our friends :)

Loved my stay here! The staff were all so accommodating and warm! This is a quaint place in a quiet area in Station 1. Walking distance from Willy's Rock, where I hung out almost everyday. The only thing that they need fixing is their sewage, as the toilet in our room didn't flush that well. Aside from that, all is well and I will definitely book again here.<3

This was my 2nd trip to Boracay and this time I brought my two daughters (15 and 12). I made this reservation last minute and received a last minute deal of 50% off the regular rates - Jr Suite with two double beds. So, keep looking for deals. However, I was very pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. It is not right on the beach, but only a block behind the main road. The walk to the beach is literally a few minutes on a safe and well lit road with shops, restaurants, and a well lit local community basketball court with regular games and practices going on. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The free breakfast was so yummy and there are a few options - American and Filipino. One of the nights, the power went out and the backup generator kicked in within minutes so the AC could continue to keep the room cool. I will definitely come back and stay here again! Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful vacation experience!

Probably one of the best affordable but still pleasant quality accommodation options in Borocay. I stayed in a room just off of reception and though possibily a tad cosy for a couple, it was fine a for solo traveller and was well appointed and spotlessly clean. You had both air conditoning and a ceiling fan, both of which are quiet and a combination of polarised windows and bug screens will allow you to keep the window open both day and night in perfect comfort if you'd prefer. The location on the whole is very good, because you're set back from the main strip as it were, the problems with excessive noise, congestion and pollution you'll find on the island are solved. If you need to get down to the D mall then it's a about a 20 minute walk along the beach or a 50 peso trike ride, some people may consider this a tad inconvenient but i think it's a worthwhile compromise. The staff are excellent, I just couldn't fault them and the breakfast options, whilst not mindblowing, are of a good standard - you won't go hungry here that's for sure. Any negatives? If I said the hot water was a bit tepid rather than hot, then that would be true but this is not uncommon across philippine hotels it has to be said. Would I go back? Absolutely.

Cosy small hotel with good amenities and friendly. helpful staff. It's less than a 5 minute walk to a great part of White Beach (very close to Willies Rock) and is quiet at night, away from the noise and hustle of the beach. We stayed here for 9 nights and enjoyed our time. Complimentary breakfast is limited but offers an adequate selection.

Initially, we were booked in a different hotel but our friends booked us here for 3 nights stay since they are booked here for almost two weeks of vacation. I was disappointed at first since the hotel is quite a few walks away from the beach and is located at the inner portion of Brgy Balabag but the accommodations and the service of the staff changed my likeness of the hotel. Staffs are very approachable and friendly. Always willing to help and provide only the best of service. We stayed in the GF room but was happy with the spacious veranda our room has. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from Boracay's Station 1 beach but it was all worth the walk. They could provide you with beach towels and mat that are perfect when you choose to swim any time of the day. They only served various breakfast menu but the hotel was near Boracay Toilet Restaurant and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf cafe for your food cravings. The wifi connection was good and will let you surf the net without much of a hassle. I will definitely recommend the hotel for those who want to have a quiet but accessible to the beach stay at Boracay.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel and room. Good breakfast for what it is, welcome drink. Perfect location in the shadows of tree so not too hot, 2min walk from the beach station 1. I highly recommended this place for person want relax or for family.

Supposed to stay in this hotel for 3 nights but checked out earlier. Hotel area is boring, only to sleep. Rooms are clean but worn out. Breakfast is very poor, had to choose from limited a la cart menu. As the hotel is located near trees and greens there was a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Staff was ok, not very talkative.
