Cosy small hotel with good amenities and friendly. helpful staff. It's less than a 5 minute walk to a great part of White Beach (very close to Willies Rock) and is quiet at night, away from the noise and hustle of the beach. We stayed here for 9 nights and enjoyed our time. Complimentary breakfast is limited but offers an adequate selection.
Initially, we were booked in a different hotel but our friends booked us here for 3 nights stay since they are booked here for almost two weeks of vacation. I was disappointed at first since the hotel is quite a few walks away from the beach and is located at the inner portion of Brgy Balabag but the accommodations and the service of the staff changed my likeness of the hotel. Staffs are very approachable and friendly. Always willing to help and provide only the best of service. We stayed in the GF room but was happy with the spacious veranda our room has. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from Boracay's Station 1 beach but it was all worth the walk. They could provide you with beach towels and mat that are perfect when you choose to swim any time of the day. They only served various breakfast menu but the hotel was near Boracay Toilet Restaurant and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf cafe for your food cravings. The wifi connection was good and will let you surf the net without much of a hassle. I will definitely recommend the hotel for those who want to have a quiet but accessible to the beach stay at Boracay.
Very friendly staff, clean hotel and room. Good breakfast for what it is, welcome drink. Perfect location in the shadows of tree so not too hot, 2min walk from the beach station 1. I highly recommended this place for person want relax or for family.
Supposed to stay in this hotel for 3 nights but checked out earlier. Hotel area is boring, only to sleep. Rooms are clean but worn out. Breakfast is very poor, had to choose from limited a la cart menu. As the hotel is located near trees and greens there was a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Staff was ok, not very talkative.
Even the trip advisor has 6 stars, I would love to give for them. Room: well maintaned and decor . Really clean and the staff always asked us if we want service the room. Location: if you visit Boracay, choose stay in Starion 1, which is easily acces to station 2 3 and stay away from the crowded. The location of its is walkable to the beach 3 mins. There are severals small shops, bars, street food around as well. Staff: they are so friendly, attentive and we could not thank them enough for their services.
The room was comfy with working hot water, cable and room service. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Close to the beach and local shops. We'll see you again!
I wish to express my gratitude to all at One Crescent for making my stay with them a lovely memory! Staff is always on point, friendly, helpful, I couldn't ask more of them. Location is extremely convenient once you venture out and discover.. Just a few mins to beach and enjoy your day. if you like to walk? this place is great... I was able to walk all 3 stations even at night... where else can you feel safe walking on the beach at any hour.. even going to swim at any hour, day or night.. amazing! The room was perfect too, had all needed to be comfortable, even a little balcony where I could smoke a cigar peacefully :) The breakfast served is outstanding too.. honest, I felt I could eat once a day with the fuel I had in the morning. Internet at lobby, tour recommendations at desk.. umbrella, towels and tote bag for your use at beach... Delightful stay!!! I'll book again next trip to Boracay!
Stayed from July 9-11 and at first we were welcomed with warm smiles and drinks. We booked a Premier room (Low floor) and we were given an upgrade to a premier room (High floor) for free. Location: The hotel is located in an alley with 3 other hotels and it is around the back of a church which is a 3 - 5 minute walk to the beach almost in front of Willy's Rock. It is a good location if you want a quiet stay and away from the loud music usually in beachfront hotels. Getting around the island is easy because there are tricycles 24/7. You can just ride a tricycle and alight at station 2 from station 1 at 10 pesos and station 1 to station 3 at 20 pesos. Amenities: The room is a bit small if you are used to premier rooms in 5 star hotels but it is very clean and well lit. It has a safe, a mini fridge, coat hangers, lots of power outlets, and the standard phone for your needs. They also offer free WiFi services and a pitcher of water with 2 glasses which can be refilled anytime you need it. The bathroom is very clean and spacious enough that a 5'11 200 pound guy like me can go about my business inside the bathroom with enough ample space. Bathroom amenities are all Hansgrohe and works well. You get soap, shampoo, conditioner, and tissue refills though you have to provide your own toothbrush as it wasn't provided during our stay. (We never asked if they have any because we brought our own) Will definitely come back. Food: Only tried their free breakfast during our stay and it is quite good. You get to choose from Oriental, American, and Filipino breakfast and every meal is served with the fruit of the day. Overall a great experience and will definitely go back.
Staying at One Crescent Place was so worth it! The moment we arrived we already felt so relaxed, checking in was a breeze and their staff's so friendly! This place is nothing extravagant but everything you can possibly need---they do provide. They have beach towels, you can refill your water bottles before you head to the beach, hair dryer, rack you can hang your wet clothes at the patio and their staff - so attentive and quick. The place quiet and peaceful and you can hear the birds chirping. Their simple garden is well kept and with my 3 days stay, I didn’t get bitten by insects or mosquitoes . Their staff cleans the place all the time. Close proximity to the beach. Super easy to get to the beach and right at station 1. No worries about where to eat for breakfast coz its right downstairs. I’m a little disappointed with Boracay because it's very commercialized so be prepared for that. Lots of restaurants, business establishments, it stinks & smells in some areas but the white beach is breath taking, truly a gem. We loved hanging out at the beach sipping our Mai Tai & Pina Colada (Sea Wind Bar! Great place to hang out in the afternoon- you get free lounge bed too if you drink there) Great Sunrise and Sunsets! I took so much photos and selfies. The water of white beach is nice to look at but we didn’t swim there coz I don’t think the water is clean coz I felt itchy. Don’t get disappointed though… I advise go to PUKA Beach instead to swim, it was only 15 min tricycle ride. The water is super clean and the fish literally swims around you and you can see them. Do not forget your swim goggles. Too bad- I forgot to bring my snorkels. Bring yours if you have one. Also, go island hopping. Coral Cove- nice to swim through caves and head to Crocodile Island for snorkeling! Great Marine life!!!! So worth it! Overall, I highly recommend One Crescent Place. Friendly, smart and attentive staff- who caters to everything we need. Whoever owns this place, they surely trained their staff with excellent customer service. Kudos to you! I don’t think I’m coming back to Boracay. It’s good enough to check it off my bucket list but if you are planning to go to and you’re thinking about booking this hotel- you will not get disappointed.
We stayed at One Crescent Place for 4 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. The hotel is very clean, conveniently located on a quiet back road, so you have a good sleep but are still a short walk away from all the action in Station 1. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast that is included was the best we had on our 3 week trip in the Phlippines. We originally booked for 3 nights, and paid about $70 (Canadian) a night, which was a bit above our budget, but Boracay is a bit pricey in general. For $70 it was absolutely fantastic. When we booked the 4th night, the price jumped to $103, which was a bit steep for everything considering, however it was easier to stay, and the quality is decent. The only con in my opinion is the air conditioner doesn't seem to work quite as well as it should - still works, but it never really felt cold. However, for $70, if I'm ever back in Boracay, I would stay here again for sure.
