At check in time they gave us room by the main road which was noisy. The road has a lot of noise from the tricycles’ horn. After my intense complains they change our room and everything was fine. Service was good, cleanness of the facility is not perfect. The room itself is spacious but the furnishings need a refreshment. Breakfast is good
This hotel resort is a perfect place to stay with barkada's, family. There a pool inside the hotel, plus the food is nice. I really the buffet breakfast. there a lot of choices like pasta, salad, bread, dessert, juice and fruit, and many more.
We stayed in the Superior room for 3D/2N. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We were provided with welcome drinks which were delivered to our room. I believe it was the Cucumber slush and it was very refreshing. Buffet breakfast had an adequate spread. The fruit shakes are made to order (separate charge). I had mango shake and it was divine. The pool was small but never crowded. Despite close proximity to the main road, it was never noisy. Wi-Fi connection was intermittent but it was not a bother. There's plenty of other things to do anyway. All of the staff we had encountered were very courteous and helpful. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Retrain your staff to be more friendly, caring and accommodating. It seems to me that this property care about revenue more than providing customer service. You care about getting money from your guests rather than making them happy and satisfied! Although, I would like to commend a couple of HK staff who were friendly and helpful when I asked about the e-mall. Other than that, Front Office and Breakfast people needs to hone their customer service skills. I love Best Western Hotels but this is the worst I've stayed. I stayed in Makati, Subic, Calgary, Airdie, Edmonton, Niagara Falls, Radium, etc... I've been to lots but you guys are really the most awful Best Western I've stayed at. So sorry for writing this bad feedback and I know how this would affect your rating, but please do something about your CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you!
This was our first trip to Boracay with a family of 5 (kids 3, 6, and 9). This resort offered good value and a central location. We stayed in the 'dormitory room'. Which is a lot better than it sounds. It featured 3 bunk beds and was very spacious. It is often difficult to find hotel rooms for 5 pax so this was perfect for us. +room was clean, spacious, albeit a bit aged. +breakfast was basic but generally good +pool was small, but new (recommend the pool in the morning as the beach was better in the afternoon) +convenient - 5 minutes to beach (station 2), 5 minutes to d'talapia market +close to ferry terminal +boutique and quiet +service was very friendly and efficient Note that Dormitory Rooms do not have much of a view from the balcony. Also be sure to request blankets for the beds as they were not there when we checked in.
I stayed in this hotel for three nights in a superior Room. The Breakfast was good enough to treat you. Apart from this room is Ok and not so big. The Lights are really dim in the room. The swimming pool is average nothing fancy about it. The location is little far away from the beach. The staff is definitely help and cordial except for minor things. If i have to visit boracay again i might spend little more or less to stay close to station 3 in front of beach. There are plenty of hotels on the beach front. Over all the stay was ok.
It is a short walk to the beach and even though it is located on the main road it is quiet. Rooms cleaned very well. Great location. Able to walk to most places. All staff is courteous. Only thing is WiFi is limited.
We stayed here last saturday til sunday and we enjoyed it. ♥ The staffs were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The rooms were pretty nice, clean and comfy. The location is also convenient (it's just a 3-5min walk to the beach). Kudos to all the staff, specially to Ms. Grace, Ms. Irene, Ms. Bhel, Ms. Aira and to all transportation staffs who organized our hotel stay & transfers. We will definitely come back and stay here again.
I worked with BW hotels and Ive been to BW hotels in America and Asia but it was different than I expected. Im a bit disappointed with the place. I understand that it is not a 4 nor 5 star hotel but this needs an action for improvement of your hotel. This is what I have observed: Pros: 1. The food in the restaurant is really good. We had sinigang, pancit and pinakbet. It's so tasty and savory. 2. Front desk staff were friendly and approachable especially the two ladies who checked us in on 25th of September. Also, the staff in the restaurant —the guy who wears red shoes is awesome and approachable— housekeeping and maintenance too. 3. We had the dorm room and its very spacious. The bed is so comfortable and lots of pillows. Plenty of supplies! 4. Its close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Cons: 1. For the breakfast buffet it needs improvement. Food is so awful. Nobody wants to eat cold food. Provide a food warmer please. Sorry 2. ACU is not totally cold inside the room. Philippines is hot and very humid place. But the room we had, have the poorest ACU. 3. Very slow internet. I called the FD and asked if they can reset the wifi but I was told that wifi in the rooms doesn't have good connection —only in lobby and restaurant area. Since you already know that you have bad WLAN server why don't you just add more routers or improve at least. Especially the building we had since its located in the corner of your property and a bit far from restaurant. 4. There is a confusion upon when we checked in. I used my BW points for the room. I was told that it's good for 2 people only and we are a family of 4. I understand that. I have no problem paying for an extra person as long as it is worth the price. For an extra person its 2800 they lowered the rate to 1200 per night — it's the same thing since we have the room for 7800 per night and its good for six people so per person it costs 1,300. For Php 1200 do you think it's worth it? Weak internet connection and very awful breakfast. It feels like Im paying the bed and pillows only for my family. 5. The place looks dull. When I touched the surface at the FD its pretty dusty. Centerpiece in the restaurant is weary.
