Staff was absolutely un friendly. Did not cheer or welcomed at all. Had confusion over my booking and were sort of fighting among themselves. Did not brief about any thing. Room was not properly flean terrace was badly managed andvhad black strains. Breakfast was below average. For a family with 3vkids they did not even offer sufficient beds. Overall a below average stay promarily due lacking facility and discourteous staff

Tek kelimeyle harika....

Otel çok temiz, çalışanlar yardımcı, samimi. Otelin çevresi inanılmaz iyi. Sabahın çok erken saatinde dahi çay ocakları, çorba sunan kahvaltı salonları açık. İnanımaz derecede misafirperver, sohbetçi, yardımsever insanların bulunduğu bir muhitin tam yanı başında harika bir konaklama imkanı sunan tüm arkadaşlara sonsuz teşekkürler.

3 oda aldik arkadaslarla beraber odalarin birinde once kapi kolu yoktu oda giris kapisi kolu yani. Baska oda verdiler kluma bozuktu en sonunda 3. Defada normal birnoda verildi banyolari biraz kötü gerek yiprqnma gerek temizlik bakimindan. Odaya su birakmislar sisenin birinin uzerinde bir tutam sac vardi. Olumlu yani yataklari genis kahvaltisi güzel.

Temizlik kötünün biraz üstünde idare eder yani . Genel bir park sıkıntısı var. Belediye binasının yanındaki ücretli otoparka saatlerce park etmek zorunda kalabiliyorsunuz. Konumu Akçaabatin tam merkezi olması dolayısıyla iş görür.
