Welcome to our superb, cosy 20 m² studio apartment, with a 15 m² terrace overlooking the centre of Aix and the emblematic Sainte Victoire.
Very central and peaceful, it's just a stone's throw from Cours Mirabeau, Place de la Mairie and the Palais de Justice.
Enjoy the charm of Aixois life, its colours and its markets in an authentic setting. Located on the 3rd and top floor of a beautiful building in the heart of the historic centre, our air-conditioned studio apartment offers you peace and comfort. It is very bright and opens onto a 15m² terrace, which is green, sunny and not overlooked.
It comprises :
A terrace with a dining area (table and chairs) and a relaxation area (Asian daybed and two sun loungers). A lounge with a small television and sunny dining table. A fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, crockery, Nespresso and filter coffee maker) A comfortable sofa bed (160x200cm) and ample storage space (wardrobe, cupboards - ideal for storing clothes and suitcases). A shower room with a very large shower, a marble washbasin with storage space, a WC and a washing machine. All linen is provided (sheets, tea towels and towels).
