Incredible value for great location

This is a great place for a few days or many. Was recommyby a friend who stayed 3 weeks, we stayed 5 days. Friendly helpful staff, 10 minute wLk to heart of old town, room was excellent with patio, great kitt and bathroom, and incredible value for a great location

The property was a good value close to the square of Aix De Provence. It was nice having breakfast available each morning. The front desk staff and woman who helped with the breakfast area were lovely. There is a kitchen with a large refrigerator in the room. There is a parking garage that is a bit tricky to find your first time. The clearance and spaces are narrow. It is helpful if you rent a car to get something small. The security seemed very good and we felt safe.

The air conditioning was perfect. Hotel is interesting as it is home style living. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and we had to keep asking for toilet paper and towels as it doesn’t seem they clean each room every day of your stay.

Great property as a family of 4 to have a small apartment with 2 rooms and a kitchen. It was modern, clean and had a nice daily buffet breakfast. It was also lovely to have a large balcony with a table and 4 chairs plus a lounge chair that overlooked a beautiful courtyard.

We were here for 2 nights and had a room with a small patio outside where we could sit in the evening. The room was spacious with a separate bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchen area.

Overall, the hotel was great. Good staff at reception. The room cleanliness was fairly poor: we didn’t use the kitchen and only in the last day of our stay did we find out that the trash bin wasn’t cleaned up after the previous guests. Fortunately, it was only dry trash and didn’t smell.

While the hotel is close to the train station, the surrounding area feels unsafe due to the presence of questionable individuals, especially in the evenings. It’s also quite noisy at night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the hotel does not meet the expectations of a four-star property. It falls short in terms of service, comfort, and atmosphere. It is simply not worth the four-star rating or the price being charged.

Fantastic Place

I loved the Adagio! My stay was much longer than the 2 nights I booked through Hotels.com. i was there for six weeks! The location is walkable to transport, tourism office, restaurants, and any other service you might need. The rooms are comfortable with small kitchens that are well-stocked. Any supplies you might need between cleanings are available for the asking. The staff - Ann, Patricia, Hugo, Barbara, etc., are wonderful - friendly and helpful. There is parking below the hotel. My room had a view of the countryside and Ste. Victoire. Breathtaking. If I were to return to Aix, I would stay here!

This place is well located - 5 minutes walk to the old town. The staff and friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the big draw for us was the laundry facility. The rooms are a bit oddly laid out, and there's scarcely any room to step out beside the bed.But overall I'd recommend it and we'd go back.
