Buenas instalaciones a buen precio.

Van dos veces que regreso a este sitio, pues ofrece los servicios necesarios para un hotel económico si que sea hotel de paso. Habitación alfombrada, con aire acondicionado, baño bien instalado, TV LCD, higiene, seguridad, tranquilidad, confort.

LAS FOTOS QUE ENGAÑAN

Nos asignaron la habitación 313; estaban alojados jóvenes al parecer deportistas que salían al pasillo de las habitaciones y hacían mucho relajo con un lenguaje sumamente grosero; le pedimos al administrador que nos cambiara de habitación y dijo que no podía porque el hotel estaba lleno; le pedimos que hiciera algo porque los jóvenes en su relajo se ubicaron en el espacio para bajar por las escaleras y se estaban rapando, dejando el tiradero de cabello en el mismo lugar y encargado nos dijo que lo haría hasta que llegara el vigilante, lo cual sería hasta en la noche, pero llegada la noche jamás vimos vigilante alguno y los jóvenes seguían con su ambiente.- Cabe mencionar que los jóvenes nunca nos faltaron al respeto, incluso saludaban de manera amable, pero sus expresiones se escuchaban perfectamente hasta las habitaciones.- De igual forma en una habitación de la planta baja en donde prohibía fumar, estaban tres adultos que fumaban durante todo el día y nunca se hizo nada por impedírselos a pesar de que estaban a escasos metros del ingreso al restaurant del hotel.- Por las fotos que se exhiben creí que sería mejor la calidad del hotel, pero me molestó que en la habitación no hubiera ni una botella de agua natural y mucho menos vasos, aunque fueran desechables para tomar la que compramos en una tienda cercana al hotel.- El bufet del desayuno es bueno pero el servicio es muy malo.-

Estuve por viaje de negocios. Me encanto la localización, la habitación me gustó mucho y el personal muy amable. En general mi estancia fue muy cómoda, el único desencanto fue que durante la ultima noche de alojamiento me pico un bicho q estaba ENTRE las sábanas. . . me dio mucho escalofrío q, sin mi permiso, hubiera pasado la noche conmigo!!!

Buena ubicación y sugerencia

La ubicación es idónea para conocer la ciudad cerca del centro y avenidas principales. SUGERENCIA: Remodelar la habitación. La alfombra ya está guardando malos olores. Sería mejor poner un piso claro para que luzca y se valore mas la limpieza que realizan.
